Chase Baker was born January 9, 2002 in Vancouver, BC.
Chase was diagnosed with SMA Type I on September 12, 2002 and he's
doing great - a true fighter!
Chase loves getting out for runs or walks in his jogger and
generally, just being outside.
Some of his favourite things are eating Mini-gos, looking at books,
listening to music, making funny noises and his 10 year old Golden
Retriever, Kody.
